About Edge Construction LLC
Edge Construction LLC is a roofing and gutter company founded in 2012 located in Chestertown, Maryland. Edge Construction LLC is a family owned business by Alex Edge and his wife Morgan Edge. Alex was raised in the roofing industry and understands the importance of being present on the job site. Morgan is also from Chestertown and graduated from Washington College majoring in business management. When Edge Construction LLC began the one thing Alex was dedicated to was providing quality work that exceeded the expectations of his customers and contractors. Going above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction is our standard practice. That is what Edge Construction strives for!
It took several years and a lot of necessary training for Edge Construction to achieve the CertainTeed SELECT Shingle Master credential. CertainTeed Corporation is one of the largest shingle manufactures and has some of the best warranties on the market. It is very beneficial for our company to offer these warranties but most important for the homeowner. As a SELECT Shingle Master we are able to offer a 3, 4 and 5 Star warranties to the homeowner. These warranties ensure that the homeowner's biggest investment is well protected.
Edge Construction does much more than install shingles, including providing custom standing seam metal roofs created on site. We own 2 portable standing seam roll forming machines and a commercial metal brake that make us able to fabricate your standing seam metal , aluminum or copper roof on site. The double lock standing seam and custom trims formed to the homeowner's preference provide the highest quality standing seam metal.
Along with standing seam metal and asphalt shingles Edge Construction installs cedar shakes on roofs and walls. We offer all types of cedar from a cedar perfection shingle to a hand split heavy shake. Synthetic cedar shake and synthetic slate are also products we install including lifetime warranties.
When it comes to commercial single ply, built up systems, and walkable roof deck coverings we have it covered. Whether it may be EPDM, TPO, PVC, asphalt or a walkable roof deck surface Edge Construction provides installations and warranties.
